How do you celebrate your 40th birthday when you already have everything you need? For actress Sofia Vergara, you crowdfund for charity.

The Modern Family actress is teaming up with giftiki, a group-gifting platform, to raise awareness for the Dreams without Borders organization.

The non-profit, also known as Suenos Sin Fronteras, instills hope and encouragement for orphans in Vergara's home country of Columbia.

Each year, the non-profit provides the orphans with a dream trip to Disneyland. Vergara has accompanied the children on the trip since 2006.
